What to Expect: 🏆

• 1RM Testing: We'll test your one-rep max (1RM) for 3 key movements at the start and end of the program to track your progress. Introductions & Testing will take place on Sept 20th, 5:30-7pm.

• Friday Night Lights Training: 10 weeks of dedicated specialty training every Friday night from 5:30-7pm:  Sept 20th, 27th, Oct 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, Nov 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd.

• Winter Rumble: Celebrate your hard-earned gains with a thrilling competition on December 7th: 9am-12pm. Food truck celebration after!
