Looking at these metrics of fundamental movement capacities allows us to identify roadblocks that need to be addressed prior to optimizing specific skill development.

The FCS gives NEXUS the unique information to construct your data-driven personalized plan. NEXUS uses the screening to provide corrective exercises for you to do in the gym or the comfort of your own home. Athletes warm up these exercises before classes. All NEXUS Coaches are familiar with supporting these areas in a class structure for optimal individual training.
